"Colin was absolutely amazing. He knows the market and the region. He listened to my mom's concerns and provided great feedback and advice that we put into practice and we were able to get my mom moved closer to my wife and I by mid November 2024 and the house closed the first week of January 2025. "We lived in our home on the south side of Columbus for more than 20 years. When we retired and relocated out of state, we needed to sell it. It was on the market for about 18 months BEFORE we signed with Colin. We had an offer in less than six weeks AFTER we signed with Colin. In addition to setting the correct price, he also had several strategies (that weren’t terribly expensive) to help mitigate the fears of someone purchasing an old home. He emphasized transparency and was with us every step of the way helping to smooth several potential bumps in the road. I definitely believe he earned his commission. I was more than pleased with the process and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Colin Krieger as a realtor."
